I search for 'paper towels' and the first 8 results are sponsored listings for random brands. I have to scroll past all of them to find what I actually want.
Customer called because search for a specific grocery item kept returning unrelated sponsored products. Had to manually browse categories instead.
Spent 45 minutes trying to check out. My card kept getting declined even though it works everywhere else. No error message explaining why.
1 star. Can't complete checkout. Payment keeps failing with a generic 'try again' message. Lost my whole cart and had to re-add everything.
I have three packages that say 'delivered' but weren't. I have to contact support every time to file a missing package claim.
Received a delivery notification but the package wasn't at my door. Same thing happened twice this month.
Our organic search placement dropped 40% after the last algorithm update. Sponsored listings now take up the entire first screen on mobile.
My return was delivered to the warehouse 2 weeks ago but I still haven't gotten my refund. No status update anywhere in the app.
Why does the map show the driver across town but the status says 'arriving today'? The tracking is completely unreliable.
This product has 4.8 stars but every review is 2 sentences and says the same thing. These are obviously fake. I returned the product immediately.
Can't find anything on this app anymore. Search takes me through sponsored results and then says 'no results found' for what I actually typed.
Customers frequently arrive at checkout unable to complete payment. The error message gives no useful information to debug the issue.
Received a delivery notification but the package wasn't at my door. Filed a missing package claim and was told to wait 48 hours. Very frustrating.
Tracking says 'out for delivery' for 3 days straight. Why can't they just tell me when it's actually coming?
Customer didn't know Prime included Music and Video. Had been paying for a separate streaming subscription for months. Felt cheated.
Customer called to report fake reviews on a listing. The review count jumped 500 overnight with identical text patterns. No way to flag this in the app.
Search used to be great. Now I can't find anything without adding 'non-sponsored' to my query, which doesn't even work.
I pay for Prime but half the items I want aren't eligible for 2-day shipping. What am I actually paying for? The shipping promise is broken.
The return window is different for every category and I can never figure out how long I have. Just tell me on the order page.
Customers frequently ask 'Did my cart sync?' — items added on the app don't show up when they switch to desktop. We lose the sale.
Got 3 push notifications at 6am for deals on products I've never searched for. I'm turning off all notifications now.
High volume of 'payment failed' complaints on Twitter. No clear error code or fallback option. Customers are switching to competitor apps.
I can't figure out how to turn off deal alerts without also turning off delivery notifications. The settings are all or nothing. Very confusing.
I added 5 items to my cart on my phone, opened my laptop to check out, and my cart was empty. Had to search for everything again.
Many callers this week reported their cart disappeared between devices. Some had duplicate items when it did sync, charging them twice.
Customers frequently ask sellers if Prime shipping applies to their items. The eligibility indicators are inconsistent and confusing.
I can't trust the reviews anymore. I cross-check every product on a third-party site before buying because the reviews here are so unreliable.
Never got a notification that my Prime delivery was delayed. Waited all day for nothing. Would have rescheduled if I'd known.
Delay notifications come after the delivery window has already passed. What's the point of telling me after the fact?
Where are my past orders? I can't find the order history page anywhere in the app. It used to be right there on the home screen.
I want to reorder something I bought last month but the 'buy again' button is missing for some categories. Very inconsistent.
Every time I search for a product I get bombarded with sponsored results. I've started using Google Shopping instead because at least I can find what I want there.
Customer called because Amazon Fresh search for 'organic milk' returned cleaning supplies. Search is completely broken for grocery categories.
I never get notified when my package is out for delivery but I get 5 notifications a day about deals I don't care about. Backwards.
IT reports that payment gateway errors are being shown as generic 'try again' messages. The actual error codes are not surfaced to customers or support agents.
Search says 'showing relevant results' but the first 10 are all sponsored. When did this app stop being about finding what I want to buy?
The return label is buried so deep in the order details that I couldn't find it. Had to contact support just to return a $15 item.
My gift card has $50 balance but checkout says 'insufficient funds' for a $30 order. This has been broken for weeks and support can't fix it.
I submitted a 2-star review and it was rejected for 'not meeting community guidelines' but the fake 5-star reviews stay up. This system is rigged.
It should not be this hard to find a specific product in 2026. Google Shopping is easier to use than this app's own search. That's embarrassing.
I paid for expedited shipping but the tracking hasn't updated in 2 days. No way to tell if my package is actually coming or lost.
Customer called asking about return status. The return was received at the warehouse 10 days ago but the app still shows 'return in transit.'
Three customers this week asked us if Prime Video is included with their membership. The benefit discovery is clearly not working.
Amazon Fresh search is even worse than regular search. I can't find produce by name. I type 'bananas' and get banana bread and banana clips.
Tried to find a specific brand of headphones but the search only showed sponsored alternatives. Had to go to the brand's store page directly.
Search for 'kids shoes' returns adult shoes, shoe racks, and shoe accessories. The relevance is so bad I wonder if search is broken on purpose.
Was told my package was delivered but it wasn't. Filed a claim and was told to wait 48 hours. The delivery photo showed someone else's door.
The search team has been asked three times when organic results will be rebalanced. No ETA has been provided to sellers either.
The order history page is so hard to navigate. I can't filter by category or date range. It's just an endless scroll of everything I've ever bought.
The Prime benefits page is much better than before. I can actually see what's included now. Deducting a star because Music and Video are still hard to find from the main app.
Customer has been waiting 7 days for a refund on a returned item. The app shows 'return received' but no refund status or estimated timing.
The payment page refreshed and lost all my shipping options. Had to re-enter everything and then it declined my card. The whole checkout flow is broken.
Amazon Fresh delivery said 'delivered' but the groceries weren't here. $80 of perishable food just vanished. No photo proof was provided.
I have been trying to track a package for 2 weeks. The app has no option to report a lost package directly from the tracking page.
Got a 'your package has been delivered' text but when I open the app there's no delivery photo. This happens every single time and I can't trust it.
IT confirmed that real-time tracking sync is not possible with the current carrier API configuration. This is a system constraint, not an app issue.
I wasn't sure if my cart would sync between my phone and laptop. I ended up adding everything twice and got charged for duplicates.
3 out of 5 search-related calls today were from customers who couldn't find what they were looking for because of sponsored results.
I've had my payment declined 4 times this month. Each time I had to re-enter everything. Something is wrong with the payment processing system.
Still waiting for search to go back to how it used to be. It's been showing sponsored results over relevant ones for longer than I can remember. Fix it.
"I search for 'paper towels' and the first 8 results are sponsored listings for random brands. I have to scroll past all of them to find what I actually want."
